“In 2009, we talked to Grant Parker about snazzing up our back yard a little bit. We wanted a small water feature and patio with stone wall to mark the edge between our grass area and a hill that went down to a small creek and an undeveloped area filled with brush and weeds. But Grant had a much loftier vision for our property. He developed the idea of a waterfall running down the hill into the creek and a lower area filled with gathering places instead of weeds. He persuaded us to see the potential beauty of the area and we pursued the vision.
